Manpag Haul, operated by MANPAG TRUCKING LLC, provides freight transportation, trucking, and logistics services throughout the United States. All services are subject to a written agreement between the parties.
Quotes and Pricing
- Quotes are provided based on the information provided by the customer at the time of request.
- Pricing may be adjusted for changes in weight, dimensions, distance, or special handling requirements.
- All quotes are valid for the period specified and are subject to fuel surcharges and accessorial fees.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in the service agreement or invoice.
- Credit accounts may be established for qualified customers with approved credit.
- Late payments may incur finance charges as specified in the agreement.
Liability and Insurance
- MANPAG TRUCKING LLC maintains cargo and liability insurance as required by federal regulations.
- Liability for loss or damage is governed by the bill of lading and applicable federal law.
- Customers are encouraged to declare excess value on high-value shipments.
Prohibited Goods
We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, or items prohibited by federal or state law without prior written agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Haven County, Connecticut.
